My interest in nutrition developed through my experiences as an active individual. Watching and playing a variety of sports myself, I become interested in sports science and performance optimization. How do athletes recover after games? What strategies do they use to perform at their best? I became fascinated (and continue to be fascinated) with how the foods we eat can impact our athletic performance. I am always learning and keeping up to date with the latest research in the sports nutrition and performance field. But the link between food and performance doesn't only apply to athletes. It applies beyond a sports context too - what we eat can help us feel our best in daily life. Through my clinical training and experiences, I have worked with a variety of individuals helping them make practical changes tailored to their lifestyle.
